Occupying 12 Great George Street within the home of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Surveyors House combines Victorian architecture with contemporary event facilities. The marbled reception, mosaic-tiled lobby and views across Parliament Square provide a distinctive backdrop for conferences, dinners, receptions and celebrations of all sizes. Spaces can be hired individually or in combination, with adaptable layouts and dedicated event management throughout.
The Lecture Hall is the largest space at Surveyors House, well suited to conferences, award ceremonies, presentations and seated dinners. Original Victorian features sit alongside modern AV and audiovisual infrastructure, making it as practical as it is distinctive.
Directly adjacent to the Lecture Hall, the Council Chamber is a versatile secondary space used as a breakout room, workshop space or catering area for larger events. It works well independently or in combination with the Lecture Hall.
The President’s Dining Room offers direct views of Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster, making it one of the most sought-after private dining settings in central London. It is suited to formal dinners, client entertaining and small receptions.

Across two floors, four individually styled rooms can be hired separately or in combination, making it a flexible option for private dining, corporate entertaining, networking events and celebrations. Catering is provided by Searcys throughout.
The Parliament Room accommodates up to 60 guests for a standing reception or 32 for a seated dinner at long tables. High ceilings, a fitted bar and a decorative fireplace create a warm and characterful setting on the ground floor. The room connects directly to the Drawing Room, with the two spaces combining for up to 90 guests standing.
The most richly decorated space at No.11, the Drawing Room features deep navy walls, an L-shaped banquette layout and original architectural drawings of the Houses of Parliament. Large windows bring in natural light during the day; the room seats up to 26 for dinner and accommodates 30 standing.

The Bolney Rooftop Bar by Searcys Returns
Open from May to September, the Bolney Rooftop Bar by Searcys returns to Westminster for a limited summer season. Set against views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, it offers a distinctive setting for evening drinks above the city. Entry includes a welcome drink, with English wines and small plates available to purchase.
Seating is limited, with bookings now open.
