Set within a Grade II listed building on Parliament Square, Surveyors House offers flexible spaces for Christmas parties from 18 to 180 guests. The venue’s Victorian interiors — including the Lecture Hall, Council Chamber and President’s Dining Room — provide a considered setting for both receptions and seated dinners. Searcys, the venue’s catering partner, provides all food and drink.

Westminster Rooms at No. 11 offers a range of Christmas packages to suit different group sizes and occasions. Single-floor hire is available for receptions of up to 80 guests and seated dinners of up to 40, with packages from £120 + VAT per person. For larger celebrations, full townhouse buyout accommodates up to 140 standing guests across both floors, with reception packages from £120 + VAT per person and dinner and dancing packages from £174 + VAT per person. All packages include exclusive venue hire from 18:00 to 23:30, a private fully staffed bar, a professional DJ, and a dedicated catering and events team.
A warm and sophisticated space on the Ground Floor featuring high ceilings, a fitted bar and an ornamental fireplace, accommodating up to 60 standing guests or 36 for a seated dinner, with direct access to the adjoining Drawing Room for combined events of up to 90 standing.

The Bolney Rooftop Bar by Searcys Returns
Open from May to September, the Bolney Rooftop Bar by Searcys returns to Westminster for a limited summer season. Set against views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, it offers a distinctive setting for evening drinks above the city. Entry includes a welcome drink, with English wines and small plates available to purchase.
