As the venue is located within a historic building, some corridors are narrower than those found in modern buildings. We recommend discussing any specific access requirements with our Sales & Events team and arranging a site visit in advance if vulnerable guests or guests with mobility needs will be attending your event.The lifts have the following dimensions: Gold Lift by the reception (Basement to Lecture Hall and Council Chamber level): 27.5-inch (70 cm) door width, 42-inch (107 cm) depth. Main Lift (Basement to 5th Floor – excluding Lecture Hall and Council Chamber level): 31.5-inch (80 cm) door width, 53-inch (135 cm) depth.

    A provisional ramp can be installed at the front entrance to provide step-free access when required. For emergency evacuation, the first floor is equipped with an evacuation chair, and trained Fire Marshals are on site to assist if required.
